Booked online. Indicated I was a new patient. Appointment was quickly confirmed. Was reminded SEVERAL times about my appt. By email and text. Only to arrive to a gentleman who acted like he had no idea I was coming. Told me I couldn’t be seen. Asked if I was a new patient and I responded yes. He told me I couldn’t be seen for another 10 days. Really confused as to how I could make an appt, with several confirmations, without anyone realizing I was new and would need to reschedule. Bad management.

I made an appointment, drove an hour and a half from Apalachicola, only to receive a text that my appointment had to be cancelled. I went elsewhere.

Walk in and was welcomed warmly even tho I was late to appt due to having a a/c replacement...filled out paperwork and was allowed to have appt tomorrow
